About Crista

Crista Aladjadjian is a multifaceted hospitality leader whose career spans nearly two decades across culinary production, brand development, media, and high-impact operations. As Chief Growth Officer of Très LA Group, she drives strategy and innovation, overseeing growth across catering, bar services, corporate dining, brick-and-mortar restaurants, and a national portfolio of venues. Her work shapes the guest experience at every level, from luxury automotive partnerships like McLaren and Lamborghini to daily corporate dining programs serving thousands of team members at companies like Meta, as well as premier venues including Carondelet House, Ebell Long Beach, and The Mason Dallas.

A lifelong champion of storytelling and culture, Crista has led the development, filming, and distribution of digital and television series for culinary giants like Chef Aarón Sánchez, and has collaborated with global brands including Chevrolet, AirBnB, and Disney.

Crista began in the industry young, starting as a GM at 18, and went on to manage and open multiple units for Umami Burger and train teams across Gyu-Kaku’s national franchise network before building SunLife Organics as the Vice President of Operations.

Today, Crista is known for blending strategy with creativity, people-first leadership with operational rigor, and a relentless commitment to elevating hospitality. She is passionate about mentorship, empowering women in the industry, and shaping the next generation of leaders through thoughtful systems, storytelling, and community. When she’s not building brands or opening restaurants, Crista is usually in the kitchen cooking for loved ones, exploring the Central Coast, or traveling the world in search of culture, connection, and great meals.
